Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Working with the IT leadership team, define program goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's strategic vision. • Establish and communicate program governance and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Serve as the primary project management • Establish and communicate program governance and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Work with (and as part of) project teams to ensure the successful execution of individual implementation projects. • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to keep the program on track. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports. • Serve as a technical liaison between internal project teams, vendors, and stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration. • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including legal and administrative departments, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for program objectives. • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular meetings and reporting. • Work with IT leadership team to allocate and manage program resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets. Manage personnel resource allocation with Resource Management tracking platform in order to facilitate timely and accurate utilization reporting and future capacity planning. • Ensure that project teams have the necessary tools and resources to execute their tasks effectively. • Work with IT leadership team to establish and maintain quality standards for IT implementations, ensuring that solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements. • Ensure application of best practices and quality control processes throughout the program. • Collaborate with OCM team to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization. • Identify potential impacts of changes and develop mitigation strategies. • Where needed, serve as a working member of the project team and take responsibility for assigned project task execution, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. • Work with the IT management team and project team members to develop and present the Business Case (project charter) for new projects due to commence. • Maintain project plans and other project documentation throughout the course of active projects. • Run weekly status update meetings for all active projects with the program to ensure that meeting agenda is followed and that quality status updates are supplied each week. Ensure that necessary corrective actions are identified and followed through where needed. • Recommend and coordinate corrective actions to address threats to project scope, cost, resources, and/or schedule. • Travels to other offices as needed in the context of project work. Up to 25 days per year. • All other duties as assigned.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for S/4 Hana Utilities solutions, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements as required.
- Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for S/4 Hana Utilities solutions.
- S/4 Hana Utilities Configuration: Configure the S/4 Hana Utilities module according to business needs, including setting up master data, rates, tariffs, billing cycles, and customer service processes. Experience with Device Management (DM), Billing and Invoicing, FICA, Sales and Distribution (SD) is preferred.
- Custom Development: Develop custom enhancements and functionalities using ABAP programming, including user exits, customer enhancements, and Business Add-Ins.
- Integrate S/4 Hana Utilities with other systems and modules, such as SAP C4C, SAP SMC and SEW or third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end-users and support teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure effective solution delivery. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP developments, technologies, and industry trends while delivering innovative solutions and improving processes.
- Integrated solutions utilizing SAP (CPI) cloud-based middleware that connects SAP systems with third-party products.
- Configure Billing Master Data setup, billing, invoicing, rates, and tariffs.
- Work with Billing processes such as Meter to Cash and Budget Billing.
- Develop print (billing, invoice, etc) solutions to integrate with S/4 Hana Utilities

This Computer Systems Quality Assurance role will be responsible for supporting the expansion of client’s ERP systems and associated applications to new and existing manufacturing sites. The role will deliver quality oversight to ensure assigned systems are developed and maintained, in compliance with corporate Computer System Validation (CSV) standards. They ensure that the sites/areas can operate in compliance with Quality Standards and Practices. They provide business quality oversight to the corporate system on behalf of the sites/areas utilizing the system IT tools. Key Objectives/Deliverables: ??? Subject Matter Expert for Data Integrity, cGMPs and business requirements for the IT system ??? Represent business and Compliance (quality and data integrity requirements) across the manufacturing sites ??? Provide Business Quality Analyst support for manufacturing systems implementation, including document approvals for GMP related changes ??? Our client has a current need for a Quality Assurance Analyst II focusing on automation. This is a CTH position. The applicant should want to adjust to full-time employment after 6 months. Immigration assistance is not available at this time. The selected candidate will be expected to report onsite to our Bain Pittsburgh or the immediate area.
Key Points: - Ability to utilize automation testing tools, preferably Test-Complete, Selenium
- Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting automated tests.
- Experience in mobile test automation using Appium
- Experience or working knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++/C#/Java), is a plus
- Performance and security testing experience is a plus.
- HL7 Interface testing and data migration testing experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing practices.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend testing.
- Hybrid in-office (2 to 3 days a week mandatory), candidates must currently live in the Pittsburgh, PA region or be willing to relocate
